  • Begin each day with a gentle yoga practice in the beautiful Yoga Shala at Palm Trees Yoga, connecting with your body, breath, and the natural world around you.

  • Nourish yourself with a wholesome breakfast served in the tranquil riverside dining area, where you can relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

  • Continue your morning with a restorative self-care ritual using your complimentary Ayurveda Daily Routine Pack, designed to support balance, vitality, and wellbeing.

  • Deepen your understanding of holistic health through inspiring Ayurveda workshops that provide practical tools and insights you can easily integrate into everyday life long after the retreat has ended.
