This class is for those who want to practice the art of Yoga but have limited mobility, issues with balance or want a more relaxing & grounding practice, where we are face to face throughout the class. You may be new to Yoga or have practiced before, either way you are very welcome.

The Beauty of Sequencing (5 week course)
For November and December, we’ll be exploring the beauty of sequencing with the asanas from the Ashtanga Primary Series. I’ll be creating and sharing sequences to inspire you—showing how these familiar postures can be woven together in new and meaningful ways. This is a chance to move with curiosity and creativity, while staying rooted in the grounding rhythm of the traditional practice.

Weaving Connection: Yoga for the Fascial Web

Fascia is a 3D network of connective tissue supporting movement, posture, and organ health. When tight or stressed, it can cause pain, stiffness, and even hold unresolved emotions. This Yin-inspired course uses slow, mindful yoga to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore flow—helping you feel more open, balanced, and connected in body and mind.
